listen to your body

After years of healing, one thing becomes clear; it is important to listen to your body.

The past couple of weeks have been filled with wonderful moments where I have spent all my attention focusing on breathing and being centered in my life. One thing that I have noticed is that the energy feels heightened and this is causing me to take random naps to help balance my energy.

If you have been feeling the heightened energy, remember to keep your feet grounded and your head one with the universe. As we balance the new frequency, we are going to have intense moments that are going to force a choice of anger or patience.

Choosing patience balances our energy and the energy of those around us.
