Be Creative
When it comes to healing, being creative plays a role in the outcome.
This lesson was one that Rebecca and I learned while we were on our healing journey. (When things seemed the darkest and the outcome did not look positive, Rebecca and I bought a collection of coloring books and spent time talking and coloring pictures.)
After a couple of times coloring together, I could see a difference in how Rebecca would act and feel. The things she would struggle with in the morning seemed to fade after she had time to be with herself and relax.
As an energy healer, I can only speak about my journey and the events that have transpired over the course of our lives. I have watched the connection between creativity and healing firsthand, the message becomes so important that I am going to withdraw my creativity to ensure the message is clear.
A.I Overview
Creativity and healing are deeply linked, utilizing expressive arts – painting, writing, music, dance, and crafting – to process trauma, reduce stress and improve mental well-being. Engaging in the creative process, often used in therapy, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to express emotions that are hard to verbalize, fostering joy and personal growth.
As a person who loves to write a journal, adding an A.I Overview makes me cringe, but to me the most important things I have to say have already been said before by professional health care practitioners.
To close this journal entry, I would like to link the most creative video I watched this weekend. (The song was wonderful and the message that followed connected to the oneness that I enjoy journaling about daily.)
