
Finding Balance
To get through the difficulties of a healing journey, it is important to find balance in your daily activities.
Vision yourself as a star (because you are) standing within a big circle. The circle is your orbit, and your job is to stay balanced inside your circle.
Around the outside of your circle the chaos of the world; tragic news cycles, social media, drama with family and friends, and all other things that will tip your balance if you are going to reach for anything outside of your circle. (Chaos wants to destabilize your orbit with things that have nothing to do with your present moment in time.)
To heal you need to keep the balance, if you reach too far in one direction your orbit will start to wobble and become unbalanced.
Once you become a balanced Star, this may not fit into other people’s orbits. By finding your balance in your circle you will find the people and things that add to your balance, and you are able to remove the people and things that destabilize your orbit.
