Crossing paths with a deer.
When you feel stuck in a situation, try and find the small signs of things that will bring you peace.
This photo was taken during my stuck moment.
To get to my current situation, I needed to follow my gut feelings. My first gut feeling was to build something that was going obsolete or shifting in a new direction. The outcome of this venture was sure to fail, but the events to follow would shape my life.
As I worked through the struggles of the moment, I was just starting to make slight changes to my health. At this time, I was overweight and could not walk long distances due to leg pains. What I could do was take short strolls to get fresh air and walk a small path. On my strolls, if it were nice out, I would take the camara with me and take a couple of pictures in full auto.
One of my strolls, I was walking down the street where a deer was hidden from my vision behind the trees. As I walked past the deer, we stopped what we were doing to stare at one another. Once the deer noticed I meant no harm, the deer turned back to grazing. Thankfully, I watched for a couple of minutes.
After that moment, the deer looked back up, and I was able to snap a picture.
What I learned from this experience:
A dear is a gentle guide toward inner peace and spiritual awakening.
(It may take years and change, but peace will find you when you are healed. Until then find those peaceful moments that influence positive change.)
