A Sunflower drive

We often use “The Sunflower Theory” as a metaphor that sunflowers turn to one another during dark times. (Although this is a myth, it makes for a good feeling when you drive through sunflower fields on a cloudy day. Sunflowers as far as the eye can see with each sunflower working together to find the light each ONE needs to survive.)

When we live in darkness and we struggle to find the light in our lives, it is important to know who and what provides you with the light you need to keep growing. If you cannot find the light you need through a person, place, or thing, I recommend starting with ONE activity that brings joy to your life.

Just like the sunflowers that move to face the highest concertation of light, that one activity could unlock a world that you could not see through the darkness.

ONE Love john
