Change takes Heart.
In the years leading up to becoming an energy healer, my journey started with Heart.
I stood at a crossroads that forced a choice; stay the same and live an unhealthy, imbalanced life or choose to Change.
This choice was not an easy one.
Thinking that change would be impossible if I changed everything at once.
ONE small step, ONE small Change became my goal.
I did not force myself to endure radical change.
What I did was use my Heart.
If it made me feel better; it stayed.
If it made me feel worse; it was removed.
Each choice I made with my Heart would lead me to my current identity.
