Believing in the Butterfly effect.
I have always thought that kind thoughts and actions carried with the person receiving these acts, and the giver. This works on a healing energy level and a physical level; when you give someone or something with all your Love and Kindness, that light will be reflected onto your energy.
Energy is transferable throughout everything we put our time into, and what energy we allow to surround us. If the vibe is not for you, it is important to block it out and do something that brings you joy.
The American Cancer Society, March Picture Challenge is a way to write and share pictures of my journey. As well as to challenge me to learn things, I would not need to know otherwise.
It is an Imperfect journey to get over Perfectionism.
