Over the past few months, I have spent a good amount of time thinking about how I wanted to start this blog and the message that I wanted to convey in our current moment in time.
With the Lunar New Year and the “ring of fire” solar eclipse taking place on February 17th, twenty-six at 4:56 a.m. EST this seemed like the best time for me to get out of my comfort zone and speak about what has been taking place in my life as an energy healer.
The end of January marked the shift into the 5D reality and the Collective Starseeds and Lightworkers have been enjoying our new energy frequency.
This new frequence is ONE of LOVE and is vibrating on a level I have never experienced on earth.

As a Lightworker and energy healer I would like to offer my perspective on how to navigate this shift.
We spend too much time as a collective arguing with one another and pointing out all the things that we believe are wrong with society. This way of life lowers your vibration and blocks all the Collective Love that is flowing in from the universe and bouncing off the Starseeds and Lightworkers.
We are all different, yet we are all ONE.
Energetically speaking the Starseeds and Lightworkers have been holding down the 5D frequency and invite you to join into the collective energy through Love. We are not talking about the superficial love that you might pass along to an acquaintance, but that Love you find when you see a long-lost friend or picking up that hobby that you have not had the time to enjoy because your life was too busy.
Our new collective energy only asks one thing from you:
Love Oneself and the collective will send Love into your world.
This is the most important message I can relay to ANYONE who comes across my blog.
Choose Love over Hate and watch your world change.
