In the 2001 movie, A Knight’s Tale. There is a scene where young William Thatcher asks if he could become a knight, only to have the man next to him say, “A Thatcher’s son? A knight? You might as well try to change the stars! Young Thatcher turns to his father and asks “Can it be done, father? Can a man change the stars?
At this time in my life I was still operating within my family dynamic and post high school ego and let us say things were different in my life. I had no inclination of any abilities, and I was a confused young man wondering what I was going to do with my life and who was I going to become in the end.
I have found that the pressure of being a perfectionist exhausting and how everything needs to be “mapped out perfectly” in my mind to avoid failures, is not a healthy way to live. (Being a perfectionist is a fantasy, and nothing is perfect in this lifetime.)
During those confusing years, nothing went as scripted, and my world spiraled into the ego self until the synchronists started to appear a couple of years later. I was not active online, and I did not look up every sign that appeared in my life. The only thing I could use to guide my way was a feeling. If the sign felt comfortable, I followed. If it felt like a warning sign, I would avoid that situation in the best way possible.
After I connected the dots through numerology and angle numbers, things became much easier to comprehend, and my Stars have changed from that young man who only had an ego and a bad attitude towards a life that only he could change in that moment.
I have read that if you do not think back on your life and cringe; are you really growing?
